To fulfill our commitment to customer value, we have undertaken comprehensive standardization and upgrades in raw material selection, production processes, quality inspection, and other areas. All EASLINN bed linens are made from Grade-A long-staple cotton and undergo a mercerization process, ensuring comfort while increasing durability by 10-15%. Towels are crafted from Grade-A long-staple cotton with a combed process, increasing durability by 8-10%. All products have obtained the EU’s OEKO-TEX® eco-certification.
To date, we have provided linens and services to over 200 hotels worldwide, achieving a customer satisfaction rate of over 99%. Our clients include The Ritz-Carlton, Marriott Hotels, InterContinental, and Accor Hotels, as well as Saudi Arabian Airlines and five-star rated Riyadh hospital. We are grateful for the trust and support of all our customers.
