CUSTOMIZED TYPES

Upon acceptance and storage of raw materials, the factory carries out yarn finishing in preparation for the weaving process. Large-scale yarn machines are installed on site.

After yarn finishing, our well-equipped weaving line enables full customization — from flat, satin to jacquard and colored jacquard. With comprehensive air-jet looms, we support flexible, high-volume orders. Monthly delivery capacity ensures on-time shipment for global buyers.

After weaving, the grey fabric undergoes a complete wet processing: singeing removes protruding fibers; scouring and bleaching eliminate impurities and natural colors; mercerizing enhances luster and dye affinity; dyeing applies color using reactive dyes for cotton; final finishing improves hand feeling and adds functionalities.

After bleaching and dyeing, the finished fabric is inspected for defects — including color consistency, weaving flaws, stains, skewing, and bowing. The cloth and towel cloth are then classified, rechecked, and cut by the operation workshop.

The cut fabric pieces are sewn into finished products — sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels, robes etc. All seams are reinforced with edge binding to ensure durability under frequent high-temperature washing. Finished products are inspected, folded, and packaged for shipment. 

Each workshop has a special quality inspection team, the final re-inspection of the finished product, and the qualified product's packaging and finishing, and transferred to the warehouse.

The warehouse Staff will carry on the final packing processing to each workshop qualified acceptance goods, in order to be suitable for each kind of transportation, and at any time is ready to ship.
